- Two years extensive security management experience in the security industry
- Good communicator
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Basic IR knowledge
- Able to instill discipline
- Computer literate
- Able to work flexible hours
- Able to implement company procedures and best practices
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license
